機構の研究、業務に関する打ち合わせ、会議、セミナーなどの資料や議事録の公開のために利用できます。
上記の目的に関連する資料や議事録の掲載のために利用できます。
It can be used to publish documents and minutes of meetings, conferences and seminars related to the KEK's research and work.

コンテンツの掲載についてAbout the publication of content

打ち合わせ、会議、セミナーなどの資料や議事録の掲載を目的とするという趣旨に則って利用できます。

掲載前にはウイルススキャンをしてください。

個人情報については秘匿性１情報（秘匿性が低いもの）以外は掲載、収蔵しないでください。
また、その範囲であっても本人の同意を得るなど行なってプライバシー侵害のないよう十分に注意してください。


著作権の侵害のないよう十分注意してください。(2018/3/2 追加)

Webのアクセス制限機能により、正常アクセスに対してはコンテンツの保護がされます。しかし不正アクセスに対してはその限りではありません。不正アクセスにより流失した場合、情報漏洩の責任問題が発生するような文書の掲載を禁止します。 (2018/3/2 修正)

アカウント登録Account

Category あるいは event の作成を行なう利用者は、申請してアカウントを作成します。
アカウント登録の範囲
• KEKの職員及びKEK職員に準ずる者
• KEKの研究プロジェクトに参加しており、機構職員のcategory管理者の承認を得た者
登録名(family name, first nameの対。username ではない)とメイルアドレスが、検索結果として表示される場合があります。

• Category管理者の操作により、登録名とメイルアドレスが検索結果として表示される場合があります。
• ログイン中のユーザの操作により、登録名が検索結果として表示される場合があります。
Users who create a category or event can apply to create an account.
Those who can create an account
• KEK staff and persons equivalent to KEK staff.
• Those who are participating in a research project at KEK and have been approved by the category manager of KEK staff.
The registered name (family name, first name pair, not username) and email address may appear in the search results due to a search operation by a Category manager or a logged-in user..

Category管理者および event 管理者Category manager and Event manager

利用を希望する研究グループあるいは業務グループには Category が割り当てられます。
Categoryにはcategory管理者を登録します。１名以上を登録できますが、少なくとも１名はKEK職員であることが必要です。KEK職員のうち１名は代表者になります。
Category管理者は、sub-categoryおよび event を作成できます。管理下の領域内の一部あるいは全部を管理する新規のCategory管理者および event 管理者を、承認して登録できます。
Category管理者の登録名は KDS 上に表示されます。
Category管理者および event 管理者は、全ての管理下の領域に関して管理責任を持ちます。プライバシー侵害、著作権違反、その他の違反がないよう管理を行なってください。
行事が終了したらその event を lock してください。
A category will be assigned to the research group or work group that wishes to use the system.
One or more category managers can be registered for a category, but at least one of them must be a KEK employee.
Category managers can create sub-categories and events. Category managers can approve and register new category managers and event managers who manage some or all of the areas under their control.
The registered name of the category managers will be displayed on KDS.
Category managers and event managers are responsible for the management of all areas under their control. They must ensure that there are no privacy breaches, copyright infringements or other violations.
Lock the event when the event is finished.

アカウントの管理Managing your account

パスワードはできるだけ安全性の高いものをつけてください。管理は厳重に行なってください。
アカウントの共用は禁止します。Category あるいは event に複数の管理者を登録することで対処してください。
Please keep your password as secure as possible. Please keep it under strict control.
Sharing of accounts is prohibited and should be handled by registering multiple managers for a category or event.

利用の制限等Restrictions on use, etc.

以下の事実が判明した場合には、システム管理者権限で直ちに該当するコンテンツ削除あるいは該当するアカウント停止を行なう場合があります。
• 著作権などの第三者の知的財産権を侵害したり、侵害を助長する内容の掲載
• 法令や公序良俗に反する内容などの掲載
• プライバシー侵害の申し出があった場合
• 利用規定に反した場合
ウイルススキャンによりウイルスが検出されたコンテンツは直ちに削除します。
システムが不正アクセスの被害にあった場合には、システム上のデータをアクセス保護の有無に関わらず調査のために第3者に開示する場合があります。「データ」にはコンテンツおよびログを含みます。
If any of the following facts are discovered, the system administrator may immediately delete the relevant content or suspend the relevant account.
• Posting of content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties, such as copyrights.
• Posting of content that is offensive to the law or public order and morals
• If there is an offer of invasion of privacy
• In case of violation of the Terms of Use.
Content with viruses detected by the virus scan will be deleted immediately.
If the system is the victim of unauthorized access, data on the system may be disclosed to a third party for investigation, with or without access protection. Data” includes content and logs.
