新Webシステムへの更新のお知らせ
Notice of Web system update

★ 新システムへの更新スケジュール
★ お願い：データ移行とホーム領域の確認
中央計算機システムの更新に伴い、Webシステムの更新を行います。新Webシステムは現行
システムを継承しそのまま移行します。また、若干の改善及び変更を行います。
公開コンテンツは計算科学センターが移行します。一方、更新サーバーのホームデイレク
トリのデータは各自で行ってください。
新システムの本格稼働の前に、移行確認のために新システムの試験運用をおこないます。
試験運用の期間中に移行内容の確認をお願いします。

※) 2グループに分けて切替を行います。
(A) KDS(会議支援システム): kds.kek.jp
8月 5日13:00～8月18日12:00 新システム確認期間
8月19日 9:00～13:00 read only モード（閲覧のみ可能、編集不可)
切替作業
8月19日13:00～ 新システムの運用開始
(B) 研究情報Web,コンファレンスWeb、Webポータル
8月 5日 13:00～8月24日17:00 新システム確認期間
8月24日 17:00～8月25日13:00 更新サーバ、Webポータルの停止
閲覧は通常通り
8月25日 13:00～ 新システム運用開始

*) コンテンツ・データの移行が正しく行われているかどうか

*) 試験運用更新サーバーのホームディレクトリー確認
*) 現行の更新サーバのホームディレクトリ上のテータは、確認用新更新サーバに各自で
移行してください。これが新システムの更新サーバに引き継がれます。

Notice of Web system update
★ Update schedule for the new systems
★ Request to check the migrated data on the new systems.
We will update the Web systems this August. The new systems inherit the
current operations as it is, and have some improvements.
Before the update, we will service the transitional operation of the new systems
to confirm data migration. We will migrate the Web contents to the new systems,
but not your home-directory data. Please transfer them by yourself.

8/5 13:00 -- 8/18 12:00 The transitional operation period.
8/19 9:00 -- 13:00 Operation in read-only mode(no login, not editable)
8/19 13:00 -- Start of the new system operation
(B) Research Web, Conference Web, Web Portal
8/5 13:00 -- 8/24 17:00 The transitional operation period.
8/24 17:00 -- 8/25 13:00 conference-indico operated in the view-only mode
Out of service: Contents-update servers and Portal.

Before regular operations of the new systems, we provide the pre-operation period
to confirm the migration as follows. Please check data migration and the following
items during this period.

new system during the pre-operation, which data will be the home-directory
data in the new systems.
